Are you promoting your skills and services as a #buyersagent? You should be, because not many Realtors are doing that effectively.
I just put a third property under contract this year, from buyers who I never met, who contacted me because the listing agent's MLS photos were confusing and incomplete. They wanted to know more about the layout of the kitchen, and the placement of the washer and dryer, that weren't pictured by the listing agent.
Of course, I was happy to get the information these buyers needed. I didn't know if they were "real", but in reality, there was little to lose but some spare time.
If you're following one of those real estate "gurus" who tell you to qualify every customer before spending time on them, you'll lose out on sales. Get off the coutch and get to work.
