As a formerly broke agent, I embarked on a strategy to increase my business through an extensive online footprint, so potential customers could find me where they are spending time. We all know where that is. It's online.

Let's start with two simple things. Throw out the terms "lead", "capture", and "sell". We are advisors and consultants to our clients. In fact, I'm not going to tell you how to capture leads. I'm going to show you how to attract them. Your real estate career, and your mental outlook, will improve immensely when you start attracting potential clients who want you to be their Realtor.
