Watch Your Descriptions | Real Estate Marketing | agentbrandbuilder.com
Over the holidays I spent time with family watching HGTV. Since I'm in the real estate business they were asking me what I thought about home design and architecture.
One thing that stood out was the use of the word "amazing". Other descriptions heard on that channel included "warm and inviting" and "light and airy". Of course, "cozy", "charming", and "delightful" will make your readers roll their eyes and move on to something else.

Overuse of adjectives and certain descriptions makes them highly forgettable, and will likely cause your audience to tune out.
If everything is "amazing", then nothing really is. Keep your real estate descriptions in the MLS and on your social media posts simple and to the point.
