Today I'm looking through my Twitter feed, and a post for one of our BHHS affiliates pops up.
The post had a nice property photo, but it lacked one crucial item: Where in the hell is it located? Brighton? Where is that? Here's the screen capture:

The post itself had only one hashtag, for #Brighton. I'm guessing it's a small town in the midwest somewhere. How many people could be searching for it with a hashtag? A lot more potential buyers might be searching for #4bedroomhouses #indianarealestate #indianarealtor....get it?
Folks, use hashtags and don't assume everyone seeing your social media posts knows where your property is located. Get to work.
