A new study is out from Think with Google. They outline 3 behavioral and cultural shifts on YouTube and Google this year.
There is one shift in particular that relates directly to the real estate business. Google says 55% of shoppers searched for a product on Google, then went to YouTube for more information before buying.
Does this sound like the same behavior we see in real estate? Sure does to me. If you've been following me here, or on Facebook or Linkedin, you'll know that almost all of my personal real estate business comes from online leads.
If a potential client is looking for a 2nd home in say, Sarasota Florida, wouldn't they search for info about Sarasota with a Google search, then look for interesting videos of it on YouTube?
How are you getting these potential clients to find you? If you need help with this, let me know.
Get to work.
