I hear this a lot. Do you think potential clients appreciate a Realtor that picks up the phone and can answer their questions on the fly?

If you can't answer questions about a neigbhorhood or new home community, do you think sitting in your office on "Bore Time" floor time is going to increase your local knowledge? If I was a managing Broker running an office, I'd be sending my Realtors out into the field on a daily basis and have them report on HOA fees, rental policies, and amenities.

It makes me wonder why my competition would bother attracting clients, but not pick up the phone. Folks, pick up the phone and start consulting with your leads. Get to work.
