A lot of old lady and old men agents say they can't quantify results from an online presence like they could in the good old days of dropping 1000 post card mailers and getting a 1% return on responses from potential clients.
These old cronies are missing the fact that all of your online presence is cumulative. You might have a client visiting your Facebook page, looking separately at your Instagram feed, and then visiting your website to find neighborhoods they are interested in. This activity could go on for months until they are ready to contact you.
If they're finding all this content from you, you will be considered the expert. These "invisible clients", when they are ready, will be so reliant on your local knowledge, they won't desert you to buy a new construction home or resale home at an open house without you.
