Let Them Eat Cookies
It doesn't take much imagination to be a Realtor these days, if you're coming to that conclusion based on all the Open Houses you've attended lately.
The smiling agent, likely holding the property open for a top producing agent who can't be bothered to do it themselves, greets you with cookies, bottled water, maybe a customized pen or trinket, and a business card.
BFD.

If you're an agent that holds Opens for others in your office because you need leads, you need all the help you can get.
At the very least, take advantage of what you already have available to differentiate your Open House from all the others in the neighborhood. Make copies of an RPR neighborhood report.
If you don't know what RPR is or the many ways you can use it, go to the "Videos" page here on agentbrandbuilder.com. Get to work.
