I don't know about you, but when I get dripped on, my first impulses are to get an umbrella, or turn off the source of the drip.
Think about what's happening with consumer behavior online today. It's all about them being in charge of what they want to see, when they want to see it.

I'm seeing drastic changes in my own business, with visitors on my website choosing to create their own saved searches. They're not contacting me through a forms submission like they did years ago.
This all points back to having an online presence that your best potential customers can access on their time. Of course, this means you'll need to be on social media platforms, and have an outstanding website as the central nexus of what you and your real estate business is all about.
I've stopped counting "lead" sign ups, and I've started measuring return visits to my websites through analytics as a metric of how well I'm doing with online.
